I've been building complex mission-critical systems from the ground up since 1999 for a wide variety of clients in Africa, the UK and Australia.
The majority of the time this has included establishing a working and effective agile process, and in some cases establishing a software development competency from scratch for various clients:
- hiring the right people, including developers and testers
- establishing development infrastructure including continuous integration, automated deployment, source control system etc
- establishing development standards and tooling
- hands-on technical leadership

Over the years we have proven many a time that success is founded in our ability to iterate and adapt to our clients' needs. We will work WITH you to make good things happen.
This sometimes means leading your team or otherwise working independently. We have worked with many teams all over the world to deliver great software.
Our process:
- Establish a high level understanding of your requirement in a brainstorming-esque session.
- Work with you to establish a release plan for the features identified.
- Start iterating in true agile style until we get where you want to be.
Design
We work with world class designers to create taylored web and mobile experiences.
Our process:
- Total immersion into your idea and mindset.
- Initial proof of concept.
- A number of iterations to arrive at the best possible design.
Build
Armed with our deep technical knowledge and our vast experience, we set to crafting your software. To us this is not a job, it is a privilege and our passion.
Do not expect copious documentation or preamble. At this stage we are all about agile design and implementation.
